Megalomedia

Video

Megalomedia is a production house creating original content for cable television.  I acted as lead editor on “UFO’s:The Lost Evidence” for Discovery Networks.  This was the first season of the show, and I helped develop the style with the executive producers.  Along with this show I also served as a video editor for “My 600lb Life”.

ABC DISNEY’S “THE CHEW”

“The Chew” is an Emmy Award winning food and lifestyle show on ABC. It was my job to establish a creative vision for motion graphic and video edits, and execute on that. My position required that I meet deadlines, multi-task, and handle evolving details up to the last minute as necessary. In addition worked onsite in Disney World for the epcot food and wine festival..

CNBC is the #1 cable business news channel. During my time at CNBC I worked on a array of news content including “Mad Money with Jim Cramer”, as well as daily news shows like “SquawkBox”. I was constantly working in high stress and tight deadline situations live editing with producers, show directors, and talent. At NBC Sports I was the development and lead editor for “Sports Biz”. I also handled editing of olympic pre-tape materials for the games in London.

At the New York Society of Security Analysts I worked during a key period in their evolution: a rebranding of the Society founded in 1937. With the
blessing of the CEO, I assisted in completely restyling their video
production. I evaluated the video production and post-production
inventory, production space, and associated workflows. I re-designed their instructional videos to improve understanding and elevate their look to current standards. Along with this I served as a videographer for numerous in house productions.
